Dressings
The French support group for Pemphigus and Pemphigoid (the Association Pemphigus Pemphigoïde France or APPF) produce some excellent advice including "Wound Care guidelines: Local skin and Mucosal Care in Pemphigus and Pemphigoid (AutoImmune Blistering Diseases - AIBDs)" written in English. Their video on the aspiration and dressing of blisters is also very good, our transcription is here. The International Pemphigus and Pemphigoid Foundation also have guidelines on wound management.
